Notices:

Member must pay in order to get an event posted on the calendar

Member must cancel with an email to treasurer@whiterockboatclub.org at least 48 hours prior to the event to get a refund. If notice is not sent in a timely manner, the Member will not be entitled to a refund.

Clubhouse cannot be reserved on consecutive Friday and Saturday evenings.

Clubhouse reservations are for member events only. There are no rentals available to the public.

Club is winterized from approximately December 15 to March 15 (or longer, dependant on the weather). All plumbing and water is disconnected during this time and will not be turned on. No exceptions.

All members have access to the Clubhouse Kitchen during any reservation.

26-50 people: $50
51-100 people: $100
101+ people: $150
